Returns and Cancellation Policy

Curtains Direct ensure we always dispatch a quality product. If for any reason the product does not meet with your expectations, you may return it within 10 days. We recommend that the product is returned via Registered Post. All returns will be processed as soon as possible and any refunds will be issued less the cost of postage incurred by Curtains Direct. Please note that all items returned are at the customer's expense.

No Returns will be accepted if the goods have had headings pulled or adjusted in any way.

Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled on made to measure curtains, blinds, voiles and nets. Therefore it is important that you are certain about the product you purchase and the measurement you give. Our team is always available to advise.(Your statutory rights are not affected.)


Delivery

Curtains Direct will deliver all orders in excess of £60 free of charge throughout UK mainland.

Orders below this will be charged at £5.95 to cover postage and packing.We also deliver to Scottish Highland, Northern Ireland, and Isle of White for an additional charge of £8.00

Ready made orders are dispatched within 3 - 7 working days by Royal Mail. Delivery will vary from product to product. Most products are stocked in-house and can be delivered within the given time frame. On occasion when we cannot deliver on time, we will inform the client.

Should you not be in when goods are delivered, a card will be left through your letterbox informing you for your local collection point. You can then contact the collection point to arrange a new delivery time or arrange to collect the goods yourself.

Curtains Direct will not accept liability for the damage or loss of goods or shortage in delivery unless we are made aware of this within 7 days of receipt or 14 days from the date of order, or in the care of total loss, from the date the order was dispatched.
